When is my credit card charged? Credit Card Transactions - Your credit card is debited only when your order is filled. If part of your order is placed on back order, you are charged only for the items we ship, plus the full cost of shipping if applied to the order. The items on back order will be shipped when available and your card debited for only the outstanding items. How do I know my online transaction is secure? About security - At Fasham Beauty we are aware that many people are wary of e-commerce and on-line shopping. Most of these fears center on the transmittal of personal and financial information over the Internet and the perceived risk of releasing sensitive data to unscrupulous eyes. As an on-line shopper, you should know that the Fair Credit Billing Act provides protection for consumers who use their credit cards online. This law gives consumers the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill. In general, consumers are held liable only for the first $50 of fraudulent charges. Fasham Beauty has been on the Internet since 1996, and we have never had a report from any of our customers of fraudulent use of a credit card resulting from a purchase made through our site. When you shop on-line with Fasham Beauty, our secure (SSL) server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. This includes your name, address and credit card number and expiration date. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet. When dealing with Fasham Beauty, you also do not need to worry about your e-mail address or other personal information being given to other companies. We do not sell and/or share our names with anyone-period. If you
still do not wish to provide your credit card number to us via the
Internet, you can still order your products online and choose
"Fax Order" as your payment type during the "checkout"
process. You will then be presented with a form to print, fill-in

Policy - We do not accept
the return of non-defective merchandise. Defective products
must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for replacement
with identical product. Defective
items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All products
(unless noted on our web site) are sold with the full manufacturer's
warranty. What if a product I purchased is defective after 30 days? Defective
Item - Anytime after the first 30 days from our invoice
date, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the
manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended
warranties are sometimes available directly from select manufacturers.
